1. PRINT PDF forms (or stop by Mme. Bourdon's office to grab a paper copy) 

2. FILL in all forms 📝

3. SUBMIT them to Mme. Bourdon.

📅Forms should be submitted by Friday, December 8th

⚠️FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED ... meaning... forms filled, and payment made will secure your spot!

💰Payment must be made by December 20, 2023.

📢Once your form is completed and submitted to Mme. Bourdon - your name will be forwarded to the office and a School Cash Online email will be sent to you to proceed with payment. *this may take up to 1-2 days.
