All students wishing to workout in the STA Weight Room must complete the following
- Safety in Fitness Rooms CDSBEO ONLINE MODULE ( 🔗link is located below)
- Return a SIGNED Fitness Weight Room Consent Form CDSBEO Fall 2023_STA (PDF located below)
*Once you have completed the online module - please PRINT or sent the completed certificate to Mrs. Longval via TEAMS chat or at 📨 [email protected]
FORMS and QR code for online module are located on the bulletin board outside Mrs. Longval's office. If you have any questions - please chat with Mrs. Longval and or send her a TEAMS chat message.
